Ludovica Gioscia was born in Rome and lives and works in London. She graduated with an MFA Fine Art Media from the Slade School of Art in 2004 and has been exhibiting internationally since. Solo shows include Arturo And The Vertical Sea at Baert Gallery in Los Angeles, The Tenderness Of Insects at VITRINE in Basel, Nuclear Reaction Cosmic Interaction at Ex Elettrofonica in Rome, Infinite Present at Baert Gallery in Los Angeles, Shapeshifters at Max Mara in London, Neurotic Seduction Astral Production at John Jones Project Space in London, Forecasting Ouroboros at MACRO in Rome, and, Papered Portraits at The Warhol in Pittsburgh, among others. Her work is strongly process-based, reading like a diary of layered experiences and relations.
